A single parchment sheet, a schedule of persons in the borough of Southwark who defaulted on the second payment of the subsidy levied by Parliament on 18 December 1566.  The document is dated 16 February 1569.  In most cases, the reason for non-payment is given ('poore', 'gonne' or 'deade').  Further details
